Climbed over concrete and scrambled through scaffolding to stand on lvl 9 as the core tops out. The view overlooks the castle and the Meadows at 180 deg in the opposite direction, mmm... penthouse anyone :) ps, moody dark Gray skies standard, clear blue skies extra.
